Harrison Bergeron

This is one of my all-time favorite short stories. Kurt Vonnegut mixes elements of science fiction, fantasy and comedy to make a powerful statement about government-enforced equality.  Students in English IA will be reading the story over the next two days, and I hope they find it as entertaining and powerful as I do.
